C’è bisogno di un internazionalismo dal basso

L’imperialismo statunitense domina il mondo dal 1945, e ancora di più dopo la caduta del Muro, ma il suo dominio esterno non è più assoluto e questa situazione si riflette anche nelle crescenti tensioni interne.
L’imperialismo russo e l’imperialismo cinese vogliono la loro parte di torta (lo vediamo molto chiaramente in Africa, ma anche alla periferia di queste due potenze: Ucraina, Xinjiang, Hong Kong, Kazakistan…).
L’imperialismo russo ha forza militare e risorse energetiche, l’imperialismo cinese ha forza economica e finanziaria. Al di là dei loro disaccordi, il loro recente riavvicinamento strategico è un fatto di grande importanza.
Più di un secolo dopo il 1914-1918, lo spettro di una guerra mondiale interimperialista – una guerra per la divisione del mondo tra capitalisti – sta riapparendo sullo sfondo di una catastrofe ecologica senza precedenti.
Di fronte a questa preoccupante realtà, è urgente costruire quello che Catherine Samary, in una recente intervista, ha chiamato “un internazionalismo dal basso”. Un internazionalismo coerente con il vecchio motto comunista: “Proletari di tutto il mondo, unitevi”. Unitevi contro lo sfruttamento, contro l’oppressione, contro il militarismo e la guerra, contro la distruzione del pianeta, per i vostri diritti democratici e sociali.
I blocchi concorrenti sono ugualmente criminali. Il gruppo Wagner che opera per conto di Mosca in Siria e in Africa non è diverso dal gruppo Blackwater che operava in Iraq e Afghanistan per conto di Washington. Il soffocamento sistematico della popolazione uigura da parte di Pechino non ha nulla da invidiare al soffocamento sistematico della popolazione palestinese da parte di Israele, fedele alleato degli USA.
In qualsiasi parte del mondo ci troviamo, dobbiamo mantenere questa visione globale di lotta contro tutti i blocchi e di solidarietà con tutte le vittime. Dobbiamo mantenerlo perché abbiamo bisogno di una rivoluzione mondiale per porre fine alla catastrofe sociale ed ecologica capitalista.
Non siamo più nella “guerra fredda”: tutti i blocchi sono fabbricanti di guerra perché sono tutti capitalisti e il capitalismo, come diceva Jaurès, “porta la guerra dentro di sé, come la nuvola, la tempesta”.
Non Mosca, non Washington, non Pechino (non Bruxelles!): solidarietà con i popoli in lotta in tutto il mondo: questa è la linea dell'”antimperialismo dal basso”.
Questa linea non è facile da mantenere, soprattutto in tempi di conflitto, e ancora di più in zone di conflitto. In queste situazioni e in queste zone, c’è la tentazione di cercare di distinguere tra il “nemico principale” e il “nemico secondario”… Lo vediamo in certi paesi africani dove l’odio giustificato verso il neocolonialismo francese porta certi settori della popolazione a dire “viva i russi”. Lo vediamo in Ucraina dove le minacce di Putin stanno spingendo la maggioranza della popolazione a volere l’adesione alla NATO… cosa che non volevano nel 2014.
Il problema è che la logica “nemico primario/nemico secondario” porta molto rapidamente a chiudere un occhio sui crimini del “nemico secondario”… In questo modo, si sceglie un blocco imperialista contro l’altro… Di conseguenza, e anche se ipocritamente sosteniamo il contrario, consideriamo di fatto che ci sono popoli buoni che conducono lotte buone, e popoli cattivi che conducono lotte cattive… che è il contrario dell’internazionalismo.
Come volevasi dimostrare…
